Principal Technical Program Manager

Oracle•Nashville, TN

About The Position

The Principal Technical Program Manager leads moderately complex to complex passive-material new product introduction (NPI) programs from intake through qualification, release, and lifecycle governance. The role translates technical and business requirements into executable plans and partners with Fiber Engineering to establish milestones, dependencies, qualification activities, readiness criteria, and decision points while maintaining the distinction between program ownership and engineering technical authority. The position establishes and runs consistent NPI intake and governance processes, operating cadences, documentation, and reporting. It coordinates supplier onboarding and qualification, manufacturing readiness, capacity planning, part governance, design standardization, and SKU rationalization. The role also defines KPIs and dashboards, uses data to identify risks and root causes, and drives automation and continuous improvement. As a cross-functional program-management liaison, the role aligns Fiber Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Hall Design, HOM, DCBT/LVV deployment teams, Architecture, Procurement, suppliers, and other OCI stakeholders. It provides data-driven updates to managers and senior leadership, surfaces risks and decisions, and helps develop reusable program-management standards and templates. The position is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
