About The Position

Micron Technology is seeking a Program Manager to lead the AI workflow tower within its multi-year Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation. The role will help define the future-state AI workflow strategy and own end-to-end delivery of prioritized AI-first, agentic workflows, from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment, and production scale. It combines program leadership with hands-on coordination across GPSC business teams, IT, AP/Finance, external delivery partners, and other stakeholders in a matrixed environment. The position translates procurement and accounts payable process needs into agent designs, user stories, and business rules; manages delivery plans, backlogs, sprints, governance, risks, and dependencies; and brings design decisions and recommendations to program governance. It also ensures workflows incorporate AI governance, security, compliance, and SOX controls, while supporting adoption and changes to roles, responsibilities, and training. The role reports delivery progress, risks, benefits, and outcomes to leadership and connects work to program KPIs. The position requires 8 or more years of relevant progressive experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. A master's degree and experience with agentic AI tools, program-management certifications, or shared-services transformation are preferred. The stated US base salary range is $139,000–$314,000 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity. Micron describes medical, dental, vision, income-protection, paid family leave, paid time off, and paid holidays as available benefits.
