About The Position

Micron Technology is seeking a Program Manager to lead the AI workflow tower within its multi-year Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation. This builder-operator role partners with S2P transformation leadership to shape the tower’s future-state strategy and deliver AI-first, agentic workflows into production. The work spans data, processes, platforms, and people, coordinating GPSC business teams, IT, and stakeholders across a matrixed program. The role leads prioritized workflows from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment, and scaling. It translates procurement and accounts payable needs into fit-for-purpose agent designs, user stories, and business rules, while maintaining delivery plans, backlogs, RAID items, design decisions, dependencies, and executive reporting. It also ensures AI governance, security, and SOX/policy controls are embedded in workflows, and supports adoption through change management, role redesign, and training. Progress and benefits are tracked against program KPIs such as cycle time, cost per transaction, touchless rate, and throughput per agent.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in program/project management, transformation delivery, or procurement/finance operations, with a record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital, automation, or AI/agentic transformation programs from concept through production deployment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay processes and enabling technologies such as SAP, Ariba, or contract lifecycle management systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and partner effectively with IT, enterprise architecture, and data teams.
  • Experience with formal program governance, including RAID logs, design decisions, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, model/data security, and compliance considerations such as SOX.
  • Experience leading or coordinating third-party delivery partners and matrixed, globally distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on exposure to agentic AI frameworks, orchestration layers, or LLM-based workflow tools.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent program-management certification.
  • Experience in a Center of Excellence or shared-services transformation environment.
  • Master’s degree, such as an MBA or a degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with S2P leadership to define the AI workflow tower’s vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized agentic workflows, including Tactical Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and follow-on flows, from requirements through production deployment and scale.
  • Translate procurement and AP requirements into agent designs, user stories, and business rules.
  • Lead the tower’s delivery cadence, including weekly connects, Operating Committee representation, workplan and backlog management, and sprint tracking in Azure DevOps.
  • Coordinate GPSC business SMEs, IT, Solutions, Enterprise Architecture, Data, AP/Finance, and Deloitte delivery teams to unblock work and maintain delivery plans.
  • Maintain risks, actions, issues, decisions, and assumptions in Smartsheet; prepare Key Design Decisions with options and recommendations for governance.
  • Identify and resolve dependencies across other towers and adjacent programs, including Buying Channels, Catalog, Data Management, Contract Compliance, Ariba, Supplier Invoicing, S4, and Ironclad.
  • Ensure workflows comply with Micron AI governance policy, AI model/system security standards, and SOX and policy controls.
  • Partner on change management, role and responsibility redesign, and training to support adoption of the human-machine operating model.
  • Report status, RAG health, benefits realization, and escalations to Operating and Steering Committees, connecting delivery to program KPIs.
