About The Position

Mindtickle is transitioning from being perceived as a sales training and enablement platform to being recognized as the AI-native revenue enablement platform, powered by ElevateOS. While the product development is progressing, the more significant challenge lies in establishing market understanding of the platform's value, its timeliness, and Mindtickle's position as a leader in this space. This role is pivotal in defining and communicating this market meaning. The Product Marketing Manager will own the category narrative for Mindtickle and ElevateOS, translating this narrative into tangible value propositions for each buyer segment. The narrative must transcend a mere list of AI capabilities, instead focusing on a unified category idea: Mindtickle, powered by ElevateOS, empowers revenue teams to excel in every critical moment by transforming readiness into live execution. The core responsibility is to make this idea specific, provable, repeatable, and consistently reflected across all company communications, including the website, sales materials, demos, analyst briefings, and executive narratives. This is a company-wide strategic role, requiring close collaboration with the CEO, co-founders, Product, Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Analyst Relations. It is also a hands-on position where the individual will personally craft the positioning, message architecture, and persona narratives that guide the entire organization. Success will be measured by market adoption of the narrative, the ability of Sales to articulate the value proposition concisely, customer comprehension of the business argument over AI jargon, analyst recognition of Mindtickle's category positioning and differentiation, the demo's ability to substantiate the positioning, and ultimately, the impact of the story on deal movement, savings, and expansion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing or a closely adjacent discipline, preferably enterprise B2B SaaS, with a track record of operating as a senior individual contributor who owns outcomes end to end.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positioning and a message architecture from the market problem upward, and to hold a company to one consistent story across every surface over time.
  • Fluency across very different buyers, expressing the same platform in the language of a CRO, enablement leader, frontline manager, seller, and RevOps or IT stakeholder, grounded in their pain and business impact.
  • Exceptional written communication with high standards for precision and the judgment to know when a claim is sharp enough to differentiate.
  • Architectural instincts about competition, with the ability to explain why a competitor's approach is structurally limited and keep that argument current.
  • Cross-functional influence without authority, aligning Product, Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership in a matrixed, fast-moving environment.
  • High agency in a flat organization, setting direction, moving without waiting for instructions, and being accountable for outcomes.
  • Maker-checker discipline with AI, using AI for research, synthesis, and repeatable production, and oneself as the checker for positioning judgment and quality.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace; a self-starter who treats raw, fast iteration as a strength.
  • Experience in AI, agentic systems, revenue technology, enablement, or adjacent categories is particularly valuable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in AI, agentic systems, revenue technology, enablement, or adjacent categories is particularly valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the category narrative for ElevateOS, answering why the world needs it now and consolidating agentic capabilities into a single category idea.
  • Develop and maintain a single source of truth for the message architecture, including master positioning, differentiation arguments, claim sets, and supporting proof.
  • Translate the platform story into specific value stories for various buyers, including revenue leaders, enablement leaders, frontline managers, sellers, buyers, and CIO/RevOps stakeholders.
  • Express each capability through the business problem it solves, the impact it creates, and the evidence behind it, ensuring buyer pain is the default language.
  • Define and articulate the differentiation argument against alternative architectures, such as conversation intelligence tools, content and enablement platforms, LMS incumbents, CRM add-ons, and single-purpose AI agents.
  • Ensure a consistent, unified voice across all communication surfaces, including the website, sales decks, customer decks, demo narratives, analyst pitches, webinars, and executive/board narratives.
  • Define and defend the language quality bar, ensuring key messages are simple, memorable, and repeatable by various stakeholders.
  • Frame the category for analyst relations and launch moments, leading with the market problem and feeding the category thesis and differentiation into these cycles.
  • Maintain proximity to revenue reality by working from win-loss patterns, sales calls, demo friction, and customer feedback to test messages and inform positioning.
  • Contribute to outcomes owned by other functions, such as ensuring demos make positioning believable, launches compound the category story, competitive displacement is facilitated, analysts can place Mindtickle, and PMM work influences revenue outcomes.
