About The Position

The Product Go To Market Analyst helps move new product capabilities from development into confident business adoption. The role connects Product, Quality Assurance, and Business Operations so stakeholders understand what is launching, why it matters to customers, and how teams can prepare to use it. The analyst translates product capabilities into clear business value to support successful launches and adoption across the organization. Across the launch lifecycle, this role leads go-to-market readiness planning and execution, aligns features with customer value and business objectives, and coordinates preparation across operational and customer-facing teams. The analyst demonstrates end-to-end workflows, gathers stakeholder feedback, translates capabilities into business processes, and creates playbooks, FAQs, user guides, and other enablement materials. After release, the analyst monitors adoption and launch effectiveness, identifies barriers and enhancement opportunities, and recommends improvements to future launch and enablement practices. The role collaborates with Product Managers and leadership, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Store Operations, Omnichannel, and other business stakeholders.
