About The Position

Wingstop Marketing is building a more connected and disciplined approach to demand generation, aligning Brand, Commercial, agency, and cross-functional teams around shared plans and execution. The Manager, Go-To-Market & Marketing Operations connects Marketing priorities to the actions, teams, and decisions needed to deliver them. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations, this role helps Marketing work with greater speed and clarity by anticipating team needs, surfacing risks and trade-offs, and translating planning into actionable next steps. The Manager leads the day-to-day process that takes Marketing initiatives from intake through launch. This includes creating workbacks, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring planning decisions become clear actions. The role partners closely with the Integrated Marketing Team to connect business priorities, briefs, agency planning, and channel plans with downstream go-to-market requirements. It works across Brand, Commercial, Media, CRM, Digital, Operations, Training, Supply Chain, POS, MarTech, Finance, Legal, and agency partners to provide teams with the information, timing, and ownership required to deliver. The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative operator with sound judgment who can manage multiple initiatives, distinguish routine updates from material risks, and bring important issues forward early enough for teams and leaders to act. The position is based in an office environment; the posting mentions lunch provided in the office and an onsite game room but does not specify a workplace type.

  • Strong project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
