About The Position

Wingstop Marketing is building a more connected and disciplined approach to demand generation by bringing Brand, Commercial, agencies, and cross-functional teams together around shared plans and a stronger path to market. The Manager, Go-to-Market & Marketing Operations connects Marketing priorities to the actions, teams, and decisions needed to bring them to life. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Strategy and Operations, this role helps Marketing move faster and with greater clarity by anticipating team needs, surfacing risks and trade-offs, and coordinating the work required for launches. The Manager leads the day-to-day process that moves Marketing initiatives from intake through launch. The role develops workbacks, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, and turns planning decisions into actionable next steps. In partnership with the Integrated Marketing Team, the Manager connects business priorities, briefs, agency planning, and channel plans to downstream go-to-market requirements. They work across Brand, Commercial, Media, CRM, Digital, Operations, Training, Supply Chain, POS, MarTech, Finance, Legal, and agency partners to ensure teams have the information, timing, and ownership needed to deliver. The ideal candidate is an organized, collaborative operator with strong judgment who can manage multiple initiatives, identify material risks, and raise issues early enough for teams and leaders to act.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in integrated marketing or brand marketing, including experience leading complex, cross-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience managing creative and agency partners from briefing and development through production and execution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, action-oriented culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally, 2 or more years of experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR).

  • Lead go-to-market readiness from approved plan through launch, coordinating across Brand, Commercial, Media, CRM, Digital, Operations, Training, Supply Chain, POS, MarTech, Finance, Legal, and agency partners.
  • Maintain launch-readiness checklists, risk logs, decision logs, and escalation paths, surfacing issues early enough for teams and leaders to act.
  • Lead Weekly Calendar Connect and GTM Execution meetings, focusing discussions on decisions, dependencies, risks, and accountability rather than status updates.
  • Maintain a current, reliable view of the Marketing and Commercial calendar, initiative status, key milestones, and launch timing.
  • Partner with the Integrated Marketing Team to translate planning decisions, briefs, and agency direction into downstream workbacks, activation requirements, and handoffs.
  • Coordinate IAT inputs, agency timelines, channel deliverables, and cross-functional handoffs so teams receive information early enough to plan and execute effectively.
  • Maintain operational visibility into agency scopes, purchase orders, invoices, contractual commitments, and other inputs affecting launch timing or Ad Fund pacing.
  • Improve go-to-market tools and ways of working, including Monday.com intake, workback templates, launch one-pagers, readiness checklists, and post-launch process reviews.
