Consolidated Nuclear Security operates under a DEAR Part 970 Management & Operations contract. Prime Contract Administrators monitor and manage the implementation of contract requirements across the Y-12 enterprise. This position supports a specialized team dedicated to the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF), a capital line item project, and participates throughout the contract lifecycle, including estimate work, negotiations, contract administration, and project closeout. The role interacts with multiple levels within CNS and with external customers, including NNSA NA-93. It may also require entry into Material Access Areas and participation in the Human Reliability Program or a designated-position counterintelligence evaluation, which may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph. Candidates accepting an offer must pass a pre-placement physical, drug screening, and background investigation. U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance applicants.
