About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Hartford, Connecticut. The physician will acquire the practice and its loyal patient base, carry forward its trusted legacy, and shape the future of care with autonomy and support from MDVIP’s national physician network.

The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient care and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based care. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments designed to support personal preventive care. Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and lead an established primary care practice, carrying forward its patient relationships and legacy.
