About The Position

MDVIP is offering an opportunity to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Natick, Massachusetts. The physician will inherit a loyal patient panel and carry forward the practice’s trusted legacy while shaping its future. The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive, outpatient care and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume medicine. Physicians typically see 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments and a manageable schedule intended to support work-life balance. The physician will lead independently while receiving infrastructure, tools, resources, and support from MDVIP’s national physician network. The opportunity is suited to a physician interested in practice ownership and long-term leadership.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting patient relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and lead an established primary care practice and carry forward its patient relationships and legacy.
• Provide personalized, preventive outpatient primary care, with an emphasis on wellness and long-term patient relationships.
• See approximately 8–10 patients per day in longer appointments.
