About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Orlando, Florida. The physician will acquire a well-established practice with a loyal patient base and carry forward its trusted legacy while shaping the future of care. The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive medicine and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based care. Physicians typically see 8–10 patients per day in longer appointments designed to support personal preventive care. The role offers independent practice leadership alongside support from MDVIP’s national physician network and a manageable schedule intended to support work-life balance. MDVIP is a personalized primary care organization with more than 1,400 affiliated physicians caring for over 425,000 patients nationwide. It provides infrastructure, tools, and support to help physicians deliver individualized care.

Requirements

Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
