About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Austin, Texas. The physician will acquire a practice with a loyal patient base and carry forward its established legacy while shaping its future. The model emphasizes personalized, preventive care, long-term patient relationships, and longer appointments, with an expected volume of 8–10 patients per day. The physician will lead independently with support from MDVIP’s national physician network and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting patient relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
