About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Houston, Texas. The physician will acquire a well-established practice with a loyal patient base and carry forward its trusted legacy while shaping its future. The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive care and meaningful long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume care.

The role involves seeing approximately 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments designed to support personal preventive care. The physician will lead independently while having access to the resources and support of MDVIP’s national physician network. The opportunity is intended for a physician interested in practice ownership and long-term leadership, with a manageable schedule that supports work-life balance.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting patient relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
