About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Morris County, New Jersey. The physician will acquire the practice and its loyal patient base, continue its trusted legacy, and shape the future of care with autonomy and support from MDVIP’s national physician network.

The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive, outpatient primary care and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume care. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day and have longer appointments for personal preventive care. The opportunity is presented as offering a manageable schedule and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
