About The Position

MDVIP is seeking a physician to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Forsyth County, Georgia. The physician will inherit a loyal patient panel and carry forward the practice’s trusted legacy while shaping its future. The ownership opportunity offers autonomy alongside support from MDVIP’s national physician network. The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive, outpatient care and long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume medicine. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments for individualized preventive care and a manageable schedule intended to support work-life balance. Requirements

Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Acquire and lead an established MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice.
Provide personalized, preventive outpatient primary care, with longer appointments and approximately 8–10 patients per day.
Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to their long-term health.
Carry forward the practice’s established patient relationships and legacy while shaping its future.
Lead the practice independently while using support from MDVIP’s national physician network.
