About The Position
ArchWell Health is an innovative, rapidly growing medical group focused on improving the lives of senior members through high-quality primary care in comfortable, accessible neighborhood clinics. Its care model prioritizes patient outcomes over service volume, offering more time with patients and comprehensive care. The physician will provide outpatient primary care to seniors and work with a supportive care team to address patients’ medical and social needs. The position offers an employed role with above-market compensation, including a base salary and a bonus based on quality metrics rather than RVUs or volume. Physicians have full malpractice coverage with tail, a cloud-based electronic health record, newly built community-based centers, and small patient panels that support meaningful patient relationships.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active, non-probationary state medical license.
- Collaborative approach and enjoyment of leading care teams.
- Confidence in delivering high-quality primary care and addressing patients’ medical and social needs.
- Commitment to caring for elderly patients, people with comorbid conditions, and/or medically underserved populations.
- Passion for the work and enthusiasm for participating in a fast-growing organization.
