About The Position

ArchWell Health is a rapidly growing medical group focused on improving primary care for seniors through neighborhood clinics and a wellness-focused community. Its care model prioritizes quality and comprehensive, relationship-based care rather than service volume. Physicians are accountable for patients’ health, spend more time with them, and address their medical and social needs.

This is an employed outpatient primary care role with a small patient panel and a supportive care team. Physicians work in newly built, state-of-the-art community centers and use a cloud-based electronic health record and technology. Compensation includes a base salary and a bonus based on quality metrics rather than RVUs or volume. The employer provides full malpractice coverage with tail and benefits that include vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; required.
• Active, non-probationary state medical license.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation.
• Confidence in delivering high-quality primary care and being available to patients.
• Passion for the work and energy to contribute to a fast-growing organization.

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required.
• Interest in caring for patients with comorbid conditions, elderly patients, and/or medically underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients.

• Collaborate with and lead care teams in a patient-centric manner.
