About The Position
The Primary Care Physician provides medical treatment to patients and documents all patient interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. The physician works closely with Medical Assistants and other medical staff to support regulatory compliance, coordinated care, and high-quality medical treatment and client services. The role follows ethical, legal, and professional guidelines, as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies. It also contributes to quality assurance and problem-solving, helps protect clinic assets, participates in special medical projects and services such as on-site services, and takes part in professional development activities while maintaining professional affiliations.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical treatment to patients.
- Chart all patient interactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Medical Assistants to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Communicate and work with medical staff to coordinate high-quality medical treatment and client services.
- Comply with ethical, legal, and professional guidelines, applicable regulations, and corporate policies and procedures.
- Comply with quality assurance for medical issues and assist in resolving medical problems.
- Contribute solutions to intra- and inter-departmental problems.
- Protect clinic assets and property against loss or waste through negligence or dishonesty.
- Participate in implementing special medical projects and services, such as on-site services.
- Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.
