About The Position

ArchWell Health is an innovative, rapidly growing medical group changing the way primary care is delivered to seniors. It provides care at comfortable, accessible neighborhood clinics, including newly built centers in communities with limited access to quality healthcare. Its care model prioritizes better primary care over service volume: physicians spend more time with patients, provide comprehensive care, and support continuity and respectful relationships. The position is employed and focused exclusively on outpatient primary care. Physicians receive a base salary and a bonus based on quality metrics rather than RVUs or volume. Small patient panels and a supportive care team help physicians focus on patient relationships and deliver outstanding care. The organization provides malpractice coverage with tail, benefits, cloud-based electronic health records and technology, and resources to support physicians in practicing medicine as they intend.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, non-probationary state medical license.
• Collaborative approach and enjoyment of leading care teams.
• Confidence in delivering high-quality primary care, including availability to patients and attention to their medical and social needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients.
