Physicians Overland - Primary Care Physician

ArchWell Health•St. Louis, MO

About The Position

ArchWell Health is an innovative, rapidly growing medical group changing how primary care is delivered to seniors. Its neighborhood clinics are located in communities with limited access to quality healthcare and provide comprehensive, relationship-focused care. The care model prioritizes patient health and quality rather than service volume, with physicians spending more time with patients and addressing their medical and social needs. This is an employed physician position focused exclusively on outpatient primary care. Physicians work with small patient panels and a supportive care team in newly built, community-based centers equipped with cloud-based electronic health records and technology. Compensation includes a base salary and a bonus based on quality metrics rather than RVUs or volume. ArchWell Health provides full malpractice coverage with tail and benefits including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME.
