About The Position

ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient primary care to senior members in a neighborhood clinic. The organization’s care model prioritizes quality and continuity over service volume, with physicians spending more time with patients and providing comprehensive care that addresses medical and social needs. Physicians work with small patient panels and a supportive care team to build relationships and deliver patient-centered care. The role is employed and offers above-market compensation consisting of a base salary and a bonus based on quality metrics rather than RVUs or volume. Clinics are newly built, community-based, and equipped with cloud-based electronic health records and technology.

Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree.
Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active, non-probationary state medical license.
Collaborative approach and enjoyment of leading care teams.
Confidence in delivering high-quality primary care.
Motivation to care for people with comorbid conditions, older adults, and/or medically underserved populations.
Passion for the work and enthusiasm for joining a fast-growing organization.
