About The Position
An established outpatient primary care practice in Margate, Florida, is seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. The role serves adult patients aged 18 and older in a 100% outpatient setting, with a typical volume of 20–25 patients per day and approximately 15-minute visits. The practice has two providers and support from a Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionist, and uses eClinicalWorks. There is an opportunity to transition into a lead physician role. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM, every other Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and every other Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Working every other Saturday is required; call requirements are not specified. Compensation includes a negotiable $250,000 base salary plus annual quality and productivity incentives. A sign-on bonus is available after the first year. Benefits include two weeks of PTO after a 90-day probationary period and malpractice coverage for the first year, with up to $5,000 annually toward premiums in subsequent years; tail coverage is not provided. Health insurance is negotiable.
Requirements
- MD or DO.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active Florida medical license.
- Current DEA registration.

Responsibilities
