About The Position
Akron Children’s Pediatrics is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Pediatrician to join its growing primary care practice in Wooster. The role provides pediatric primary care for babies, children, and teens in northeast Ohio. The practice is established and has four experienced providers. Offices follow standard hospital-based policies while retaining each practice’s local culture. Physicians use EPIC, a system-wide integrated electronic health record. Akron Children’s describes its work as collaborative and child-centered, with opportunities to expand skills, pursue leadership roles, participate in research, and contribute to the future of pediatric health care. The organization is a 501(c)(3) site that qualifies for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
