About The Position

The Practice Manager supports the overall day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of two primary care practices in Aiken and Graniteville. Working with the Director of Physician Operations, the manager helps implement and oversee operational activities and programs to achieve business plans. The manager collaborates with the area director and practice physicians to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of the assigned practices, including supervising and evaluating practice staff. The role ensures each office maintains an effective operating environment and that services operate efficiently and safely in response to patient, physician, and staff needs. The scope is classified as medium based on providers, staff, and locations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a closely related field; alternatively, six years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the degree, in addition to the experience requirement.
Four years of experience in a medical practice, hospital, or other health care setting with demonstrated leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Alternatively, in lieu of a degree, a total of ten years of experience is required.
