About The Position

The Practice Manager supports the overall day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of a medium-scope primary care practice in Evans. The role works with the Director of Physician Operations to implement and oversee operational activities and programs that support business plans. In collaboration with the area director and practice physicians, the manager helps ensure efficient and effective daily operations, including supervising and evaluating practice staff. The manager also maintains an effective operating environment and ensures services operate safely and efficiently in response to patient, physician, and staff needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a closely related field; alternatively, six years of relevant work experience may be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
Four years of experience in a medical practice, hospital, or other health care setting, with demonstrated leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
In lieu of a degree, a total of ten years of experience is required.
