About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center in Globe, Arizona. This is a full-time, outpatient primary care position with a focus on providing comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, delivering preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management. Providers will also perform minor office procedures and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team in a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving healthcare access.

Requirements

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
Current or eligible Arizona license.
Current or eligible DEA registration.
BLS certification.
Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan.
Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Deliver preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management.
Perform minor office procedures based on training and credentialing.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to provide high-quality patient care.
Practice in a mission-driven organization focused on improving access to healthcare.

Base salary of $108,700-$152,200 based on experience.
