Urgent Care PA (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for its Corona clinic. The multi-specialty medical group provides internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics services. Its collaborative team includes 25 providers across 8 locations and supports care for underserved communities throughout Southern California. The role offers opportunities to build a foundation in primary care and urgent care and gain hands-on experience with common procedures. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome. The position includes structured onboarding, a dedicated training period, close physician mentorship, and team-based coverage with no solo provider shifts. Clinical support is provided by experienced physicians in person or by phone during all shifts. The Medical Director hosts weekly provider meetings for feedback, case discussions, and updates on clinical research. There are no call duties or clinical inbox responsibilities; a separate support team manages administrative tasks. The schedule consists of three weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and one weekend shift every other week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing extended weekends on alternating weeks. The role offers exposure to primary care and urgent care and the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population across all age groups and backgrounds. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered upon hire, with additional incentives tied to performance. The benefits package includes full medical coverage and DEA/CME reimbursement. Spanish or Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred due to patient demographics.
