Urgent Care PA (3-day work week)
About The Position
TotalCare Walk-In Clinic is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for its Eastvale clinic. The multi-specialty medical group provides internal medicine, family medicine, cardiology, urgent care, and medical aesthetics services. The team includes 25 providers across 8 locations and supports care for underserved communities throughout Southern California. The position offers experience in primary care and urgent care, including common procedures, with clinical support from experienced physicians and a collaborative team. The role includes structured onboarding, close physician mentorship, and a dedicated training period. Providers work within a team-based coverage model and do not work solo shifts. The Medical Director hosts weekly provider meetings for feedback, case discussions, and updates on clinical research. Six physicians, each with more than 30 years of experience, rotate among offices and provide clinical support in person or by phone during all shifts. The schedule consists of three weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and one weekend shift every other week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating extended weekends on alternating weeks. There are no call duties or clinical inbox responsibilities; administrative tasks are handled by a separate support team. The role provides care to a diverse patient population across age groups and backgrounds. Spanish or Mandarin fluency is strongly preferred due to patient demographics.
