The Pricing and Procurement Manager owns Roofstock’s pricing for construction, maintenance, and turnover work. The role is responsible for benchmarking, setting, maintaining, and defending prices, with the goal of keeping them at fair market value and supporting customer retention and owner net operating income. The manager owns the price book end to end, including market-specific line-item pricing, flat-rate pricing for in-house technician work, and labor rates for work that is not flat-rate priced. This high-visibility role has executive sponsorship and works closely with Vendor Programs, Construction, R&M, Finance, and Product. The manager will establish pricing standards and review cycles, benchmark prices against market rates and comparable operators, expand upfront and flat-rate pricing, negotiate national supplier agreements, and monitor adherence to the price book. The role also partners with Product and BI to develop data, dashboards, and AI workflows that keep pricing current and help automate pricing upkeep. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with travel of up to 15% for market visits, supplier meetings, and vendor councils. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000, subject to adjustment based on experience, skills, and interview performance. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Roofstock is unable to sponsor H-1B visas at this time. Employment offers are conditioned on successful completion of a background investigation.
