About The Position

Teamshares is seeking a President to lead the next phase of growth for an established domestic manufacturer and distributor of packaging products in the Greater Sacramento Area. The company produces custom and stock products at its U.S. facility and serves business customers who value quality and responsiveness. Its domestic manufacturing footprint differentiates it in the market, and it also supplies materials to other manufacturers in its industry. The President will own the company’s business strategy, operations, and full P&L, and lead an experienced team of employee owners. The role focuses on strengthening operations, growing revenue, deepening customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities in partnership with employee owners. The President will work with Teamshares staff and company-level financial partners on expenses, capital purchases, and growth initiatives, and will report to a Teamshares Industry Lead who supports a portfolio of 20 companies in the sector. The role also includes maintaining continuity for customers, employees, and vendors during the transition to the Teamshares ownership model; managing HR and personnel matters; and helping foster an owner’s mindset and positive, values-aligned culture. The position is intended for someone based in the Sacramento area who can work with the team in person.
