About The Position

Primrose School of Peters Township is hiring a Preschool Toddler Teacher to nurture and educate young children, build trusted relationships with families, and help children develop a strong foundation for learning. The role uses the school’s Balanced Learning curriculum and digital learning platform to create engaging learning experiences. The school describes its environment as joyful and welcoming, with high-quality facilities focused on health and safety, an on-site leadership team invested in staff growth, and engaged franchise owners. The schedule rotates weekly and runs Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Shifts are eight hours, plus a one-hour lunch break. The role offers compensation of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour and does not require nights or weekends.

Requirements

Associate degree in Early Education, Education, or a related field, or a Child-Development Associate (CDA) credential.
One year of experience working with young children.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
