About The Position

Primrose School of Peters Township is hiring a Preschool Toddler Teacher to provide nurturing care and support the learning and development of children ages 1 to 2. The teacher will build trusted relationships with families and help children establish a strong foundation through joyful learning experiences using the school’s Balanced Learning curriculum and digital learning platform. The school describes its environment as joyful and welcoming, with high-quality facilities focused on health and safety, an on-site leadership team invested in staff growth, and engaged franchise owners. The role offers rotating weekly shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an 8-hour work shift and a 1-hour lunch break. No nights or weekends are required. The listed pay range is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

Associate degree in Early Education, Education, or a related field, or a Child-Development Associate (CDA) credential.
One year of experience working with young children.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
