About The Position

As a Long Doggers - Indialantic Dish/Prep Team Member, you will help keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation while assisting with food preparation and station setup. Your work supports the quality and efficiency of restaurant operations and helps the culinary team deliver high-quality food and service. The position is in a fun, fast-paced environment and includes hands-on training and opportunities for career development and advancement.

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dishwashing and prep area.
Assist with food preparation and ingredient prep according to company recipes and standards.
Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up kitchen stations for service.
Safely operate kitchen equipment, including knives, slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors.
Support fellow Team Members and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
Help maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining areas, and restaurant according to company standards.
