About The Position

Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing foods using a variety of methods, completing assigned prep work, and stocking and setting up stations while following recipe procedures and company safety and sanitation policies. Team Members help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
