About The Position

Prep Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing foods according to recipes and assigned procedures, completing prep work to stock and set up stations, and following safety and sanitation practices. Prep Cooks contribute to a safe, welcoming kitchen environment and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

• Properly execute all recipe procedures.
• Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
