About The Position

Prep Cook at Chili's is a Heart of House Team Member role responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The position involves preparing food according to recipes, using a variety of preparation methods, stocking and setting up stations, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules and growth opportunities. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Properly execute all recipe procedures.
• Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
