About The Position

Prep Cook team members work in Chili’s Heart of House kitchen and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food, complete assigned prep work, stock and set up stations, follow recipe procedures and safety and sanitation policies, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. The role is based at the Longview Chili’s location. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
