About The Position

Servers provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service that reflects Chili's. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, working with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
