About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment and provide dependable, fast service. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing restaurant areas, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; disposing of trash; supporting maintenance needs; and following safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals. Team Members also help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures, including their safe use, storage, and disposal.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
