About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for every shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to Chili’s recipes, keep orders moving from the kitchen, and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The role is based at the Eatontown Chili’s location. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
