About The Position

Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, complete prep work to stock and set up stations, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role is available with a flexible part-time or full-time schedule. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly execute all recipe procedures.
• Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
