About The Position
Line Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members who help set the pace for a great shift. They provide dependable, fast service and prepare food according to Chili’s recipe procedures. The position supports smooth kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and safety, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders flowing continuously.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
