About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, communicating ticket times, and keeping orders flowing continuously. Line Cooks contribute to a safe and welcoming environment while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a supportive team atmosphere and culture. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
