About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary restaurant and provide dependable, fast service. They perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning throughout the restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and grounds; dispose of trash; and work with management to address maintenance needs. They handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow company policies, procedures, laws, and health and safety standards. They also help maintain a safe and welcoming environment and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
Empty and properly dispose of trash.
Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
Safely use, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures.
Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
