About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help maintain a clean, sanitary restaurant and provide dependable, fast service. The role includes daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; proper trash disposal; and coordination with management to address maintenance needs. Team Members must safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals, keep management informed when supplies need reordering, and follow company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety standards. Other related duties may be assigned by management. The position also contributes to a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Safely handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
