About The Position

Janitorial Team Members set the pace for a clean, sanitary shift and provide dependable, fast service. They help maintain a safe and welcoming restaurant environment through daily sanitation, cleaning, trash disposal, and coordination with management on maintenance needs. They handle cleaning chemicals according to safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable health and safety standards. This position requires no prior experience.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, including their use, storage, and disposal, following applicable guidelines and procedures.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
