About The Position
Prep Cook at Chili’s. Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role focuses on preparing food, completing assigned prep work, stocking and setting up stations, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
