About The Position
Chili’s Kitchen, or Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The Line Cook prepares food by learning and following recipe procedures, keeps the kitchen clean and safe, communicates ticket times, and helps food orders flow continuously from the kitchen. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
