About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
