About The Position
Prep Cooks are Kitchen (Heart of House) Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes and procedures, completing assigned prep work, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position calls for someone who works well with Team Members and can act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
